We accept all major credit cards:
Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Visa, debit cards, and FHA cards. We also accept other methods such as cash and check.

Berkshire Fallon Health Collaborative
Referral process:
Hello, members of Berkshire Fallon Health. This practice is considered out-of-network with your insurance company. In order to be seen in this practice, you must follow the steps below:

You must contact your Primary Care Physician and ask them to send a referral letter to your insurance company indicating that you would like to receive acupuncture by Lyndsey Walsh.

The referral from your PCP must be sent directly to your insurance company (Berkshire Fallon Health Collaborative).

Your insurance will make a decision to approve or deny your out-of-network benefits and this process can take up to 14 days.

Once our office receives the approval letter from your PCP or Insurance Company, you will receive a call to schedule your first appointment.

Health Insurance & Acupuncture Benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include acupuncture benefits?
It is important to note that although you may see your health insurance company listed above, acupuncture benefits may not be included within your specific plan. Please verify your coverage below.
What if I have medicare?
Unfortunately, Medicare will only cover acupuncture treatments performed by a Medical Doctor. Feel free to contact Medicare for a list of providers.
You are more than welcome to book an appointment but you will need to pay out of pocket for your services.
Are there insurance companies that do not include acupuncture benefits?
Yes, unfortunately, Group Insurance Commission (GIC) is a company that DOES NOT offer acupuncture.
